LOL ..... Just this very minute fixed mine ..... first I cleared my browsing data, and then I deleted every AOL cookie .... there were about 20 cookies! (???)
Anyway, that did the trick.
At some point, it started working properly again.
@Tinkrbl44 I don't know what cookies are..................other than my favorites, chocolate chip and Mallomars. LOL LOL

I had a problem accessing my emails on my laptop yesterday. AOL allowed me to sign in, but I couldnāt get to my emails. I didnāt have any problems accessing them on my iPad, but sometimes I need to print from my laptop. I havenāt tried today, yet.

AOL mail was down yesterday all morning. I couldnt get in. If you want to know if a site is down just search online. Like put is AOL down in your search engine. Or is Facebook down in your search engine. That way you can find out if it is down or it is just on your end that is the issue.

Every time you go to a website, it attaches a cookie to your computer ...... it really helps to clear them off from time to time, as they build up .... more here:

I think AOL was down because they were updating the Terms & Privacy Agreemeent. It was also down awhile back when they re-designed the sign in screen..(would be nice if they gave us a heads up!)........Back up and running now, I clicked the updated under privacy link and I went in and updated my preferences and opted out of a lot of JUNK! They merged with Yahoo awhile back and Yahoo is nothing but a big mess and they are all connected to Verizon, which doesnt seem to be a very good company, they source out their cable to Frontier which I heard was nothing but a nightmare and not very good things including comments I read from this very Forum!......

I asked my husband, who takes care of all the computer stuff, if he does this periodically. He said he does.

Anyone having issues today - April 22? My home screen won't load. I can't switch to another aol sign in. Can only access on one sign in name.

I have lots of trouble getting mail. I just wait it out and it works. But I am in no mood to change all my email to my other address. Too much work.
I also take issue with the news feed and the AOL news in general. I am not of the same political leaning and resent them taking sides. But it is a new world. I just want my email not their take on whatever is going on. I have a right to have my own opinions and not be bombarded with theirs just because I need to read my mail.
How to stop them. Not sure.
