topcashback incorrect rebates through QVC

anyone who uses topcashback, in particular this weekend......have you noticed that your rebates were only 4% rather than the posted 10%? it has been at 10% the past few days, but not crediting my account for that percentage.

Befrugal has 12% cashback. I have started to use this site because they have better percentages. When I went to Topcashback, it was only 10%.

 

You can always submit a ticket for missing cash under Topcashback..They will follow up.
