I never bought it myself. There were several articles about this 

online.

I tried the orange and the grape flavor.  I thought the orange was awful.  The grape was drinkable, but Idid not like it well enough to buy again.

I love Poppi Sodas. My faves are Orange and the Ginger Lime. Very low carb.  I cant buy them at this time due to $.

I read that article.  The lawsuits is asking for 5 million dollars.

It is being promoted as being a good for you item, which it is not.  There are no health benefits to drinking this stuff.

• Remember this being on Shark Tank.  Cannot remember who made the deal with them but the mass production and cost savings may be their downfall.

I don't think it's harmful though either.  It same amount of sugar as one tablespoon of flavored coffee creamer and most flavors don't have caffeine.

I noticed today on ITKWD, David and the brand rep never mentioned any prebiotic claims, only stressed Poppi's low sugar content.
