My office walls are bright turquoise with white trim. Carpet: beige with black poetry on. Antique furniture. (Old wooden desk, library bookshelves and black rattan chairs with yellow cushions)now why does poetry on the carpet NOT surprise me

raven: I'm not a grey color type person - to me it's sterile/mannish looking in that photo. Also not big on the collage - kind of youngish looking. Plus grey to me is depressive overall.
I prefer calming blues or greens.
But whatever gets your creativity flowing is what you should go with. Which I know you will. Just sayin'.

it's going to be a work area.........and yeah, not sure I would use grey in my bedroom......although with the right accent colors I might LOL.........it still comes down to it being a work place area.........the collage fits in with the areas use......and I know it's not for everyone but I love it......with design you have to go with the flow and embrace every style, look, color...............................................raven

I'll give it a try..........but do you think it might get it a little darker then the tea would...........I don't want it dark, just a hint of color.............................raven
Just make the coffee weak. I liked the color better than I did with tea. Sometimes the tea would give off a rusty color and I wanted more brown.
Try both of them on a sample piece.
Of course, I was using it on material.

In that case you may want to go with the tea.
