this popped up when I clicked on add to cart

This item may be a customer return, vendor sample, or on-air display and is not in its originally manufactured condition. It may not be new and it may have been repackaged by QVC. Accordingly, the manufacturer may not honor any original warranty. However, QVC's standard return policy still applies.

 

I thought it was strange.....did not purchase the item.   hmmmmm

That message always comes up when you're adding an "as is" item to your cart.

 

I've bought many "as is" items and they've always been fine.

Hi @lucky-girl 

 

Not strange.  This is always the case when purchasing an "as is" item.   I've been a QVC customer for over 30 years.  Occasionally buy an as is, and have not had any issues.  Give it a try, you'll save a lot.

I've also purchased a few "as is" items. Saved money and the items were fine. You can still return an "as is" item to the Q so it's worth the chance if it's something you really want.

I had purchased some "as is items and never had on issue. Most are brand new with tags. I had exchanged a coat last month and received one that looks like new with tags and original packing. I would give it a try.

I've seen it on "as is" items.
