the oven is on!

Temps in the Phoenix area could reach 120 degrees today.

It's not yet noon and we are at 110.

The homeless and our wild things will suffer today. One of the feral cats I feed is already tucked up tight against the wall and a big potted plant out on the patio. I watered the plants on the patio early this morning and the dampness from the pots will help cool the kitties down.

It's going to be a tough weekend.
