terrible custormer service

This multi millionion dollar company stole from me.  They did not return my money as promised and blamed by bank. 

One week ago they charged me twice from an item and refused to return the difference. They blamed the bank and insisted. My bank explained to me that they release funds as soon as the national treasurey alerts them.  This company has held my money hostage for over a week. GIVE ME MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
