Your post about xmas dinner had me laughing.........here's why........I had a SIL who was from England........they were visiting and I was fixing a roast, she came in and saw what I was doing and said she would make Yorkshire Pudding..........now I was thrilled, I had no idea what it was but I was thrilled.............I imagined some really awesome pudding, all creamy maybe some fruit flavor to it..............when I finished the roast she took the pan and started up...........I was aghast, all my images of sugar plumb fairies and pudding came to a halt when I saw the Yorkshire pudding..............a great big giant biscuit. LOL................raven
