There are words. The responses to this thread are political in nature with the intent of demonizing. When I responded that is not surprising that politicians put what is in their own best interest ahead of doing what is right, it didn't serve the greater agenda, which is to trash the p.

Well said, wookie. Another inflammatory thread, more of the usual determination to turn everything in to extreme partisan politics, which then gives us all the "opportunity" to nit-pick everyone we don't like, whether politicians or other posters. Not sure what pleasure people derive from it.

Hi, SeaGal. I have no idea what most of the different posters' affiliations are. And that really doesn't matter to me. My comment was about all the extreme partisan stuff. You'll notice I didn't mention one party or the other. It all gets old, tiresome.

I am not seeing how they were profoundly incompetent. They WERE following the CDC's guidelines from what has been reported. They did everything they could to save a man who lied repeatedly about his situation.
