I started a diet last month because I can't exercise like I used to and have put on weight since my shoulder injury, add that to menopause weight gain and ya know I hate myself {#emotions_dlg.crying}. I have been careful about what I eat and am eating small portions (didn't eat that much before)...all I got was skinny feet, that isn't right {#emotions_dlg.laugh}. My clothes all fit the same, but my feet are very svelte.
