single and no children

Anybody else single, no children, and just can't do another baby shower? I work at a school and am around kids. I thought that at 30 I would be married and have kids. It's just so hard to see all my friends, cousins, and co workers with kids-and the constant baby showers. I just don't want to go to anymore, and I got another invitation to one today! What do I say to get out of going? It just makes me cry.
