Is anyone else getting a (!) exclamation over their security lock when logging into account?
It seems like when I sign into my Q Account, I get an ! over my security lock. When I check the message it says.... CONNECTION NOT SECURE...parts are not secure such as images. I never had this appear before recently. Are some of the images corrupted?
Is our information safe? The last time I had this happen my credit card was being used in Brazil! It does not happen when signing into the forum...just when I sign in to check my order status or order an item.

I don't get what your getting, but I think for the first time in recorded history, I was NOT required to "sign in" when I clicked on Order Status. ![]()

At the top left corner of my screen I have a lock to tell me if a site is secure. When I start to sign into QVC, I get a yellow exclamation mark covering my lock. When I right click the exclamation mark, it tells me the message I stated. Something about the images on the page. I don't get this exclamation mark with any other sites, bank, credit card, HSN, Amazon....just QVC.
The last time I ran into this, and upon investigating the matter AFTER my credit card was being swiped in Brazil, the site I was on (a travel site) had images that were corrupt and allowed my information to be captured. I contacted the travel site and they corrected the issue after speaking with their tech team.
I don't know if this is the issue here, but I must say I am a little leary because of the past issue I had.

I logged into my account to check and I also get an exclamation point over the lock. When I hover over it I get the following message: "This website does not supply identity information."
Just did a search and this is what Mozilla/Firefox said:
Gray padlock with yellow warning triangle
A gray padlock with a yellow warning triangle indicates:

For information about what "partially encrypted" means, see Mixed content blocking in Firefox.
Note: If you are sending any sort of sensitive information (bank information, credit card data, Social Security Numbers, etc.) the Site Identity button should not have an orange warning triangle icon.

Cottonball: I never had this before on QVC. If you right click on the message it suggests images.
I use the same on all other sites and don't get the exclamation mark...ONLY QVC. Is this QVC or Firefox. I am leaning toward QVC and its images since I don't get it on any other site using the same computer.
What to do?

I've gotten the same thing after Mozilla/firefox did an update last week. Before that day I never had this issue. Don't know if it can be changed back or if mozilla is "fixing" the issue. Hope they do it soon.

I use Firefox and get the same image too when I sign into my QVC account.
