I had received an email on Tuesday saying that the items I ordered on Nov. 4th would be delayed. I called CS and they couldn't give me a new ship date. Last night, I received an email that my items have shipped, so thank you QVC. Much appreciated.

I just checked my order status and see I had several orders shiped that I placed on the 7th and 8th. That's an improvement over the 7 days it has been taking to ship. Maybe things are improving?
