It's been hit or miss with me.
I placed 2 orders on March 3. One was shipped in 2 days, the other didn't ship for 5 days.
I sent a return back last Monday and as of now, it's still not showing as a return.

Why would you need a "return" call from a supervisor on an incorrect credit ? I had a return that I had sent back by UPS and they deducted the $6.95 shipping lable from my refund I called CS and told them I had been credited back the wrong amount that I had sent the item back myself UPS and did not use their lable and she made the adjustment credit right then and there. This was not the first time I had been refunded the wrong amount and CS has always handled it right then no problem.
