I have always gotten the exact item I wanted and they always fit perfectly.
I really do not order many clothing items or shoes from Amazon so I don't have fit problems!.
@MalteseMomma: Not to be contentious but how do you not have to return any items?

DH and I have ordered a lot from Amazon and have never returned anything. I have never bought clothing from them but DH has and has never had a problem. We LOVE Amazon!

I've only had to return TWO items back to Amazon in all of the years that I have been shopping with them.
Two.

Can you go online to your order and select return then select reason damaged. Then it should give you the option of free carrier pickup by UPS. It will give you the option of printing the return label but you don't need to do that because the UPS carrier will have the label and leave you a copy of the label too.

@ID2 wrote:I'm a HUGE Amazon (Prime) fan! I shop a lot through them. My only gripe is I recently ordered a gift and requested a gift receipt. Done this many times and always, when requested, did receive my gift receipt with my order. Well, I just got an order and didn't get my gift receipt with it. Try to find somewhere I can write to the seller letting them know I still need that gift receipt! Nowhere to be found. I'm just hoping my son doesn't need to return the tshirt I got him.
Sorry for the quote
Just go on Amazon chat and tell them your problem, they will get your receipt for you ![]()

Or go to the library and download and print what you need for free using tax payers sponsored computers and printers.

my experience has been if it is under 15 or 20 dollars and is defective and you don't return a lot of stuff they don't want it back
