Finally received an item shipped to me on the 24th of Dec. Today is the 3rd of Jan. Returned items sent on the 24th are not even registering on the detail status and CS can't find them. Said CA is the slowest to return. Goes to Sparks Nev. and stays there for about a week. Yet it hasn't even gotten registered yet in Sparks Nev. It is taking longer and longer for deliveries and returns to and from CA. My one New Years resolution is, no more QVC. Will save time and money and frustration. I used to brag about them so much, but after 20 years they definitly have gone down hill.
