I do not understand how someone spends 5 yrs in jail and gets out and almost immediately goes back to doing something that will put him back in there. He obviously doesn't cherish his freedom. He is going to serve some serious jail time this time around. He could have spent up to 20 yrs in jail from his last stint (from what I have read) and got lucky and only served 5.
How do you risk that when you have children? I could see doing something illegal if it meant the difference between his kids eating or not eating but that is SO not the case.
I feel sorry for his children because they will not have a father now but I can't help but feel he would have been a horrible influence and this may be best for them. I will be very disappointed if he gets anything less that 20 yrs in jail. He is not a first time offender and he completely deserves a very stiff penalty.
