@GingerPeach, I didn't receive a notification from your post.

The best thing to do is to select it from the popup because otherwise it might covert to free text (like it did in your post) and it won't work.  You'll notice the ones that are working are also "clickable" -- meaning we can click on them and be directed to the poster's profile.

I have been using the pop-up (I did here) but wanted to test the plain typing method.  I'm glad you were around to verify.

This is good.  I'm sure I'll be trying it out.  But to be honest I am hardly here anymore.  The other 'fix' that needs to be made has not happened and it keeps me away.  That is the whiteness/brightness of the pages.  I have tried to adjust on my own computer settings but it's not enough if any improvement at all.

After the first couple weeks of this blinding set up I realized I was damaging my eyes with some concerning symptoms and so I stopped coming.  I hope it's not permanent.  I really shouldn't be here even now.
