Ann has never needed attention to sell her books...she has had many #1's.

Hi my friend @sunala,
Norman Lear was behind many great comedy shows on TV. Shows like All in the Family/The Jeffersons/Sanford and Son/Maude and Good Times, just to name a few. Still find many of which I still love to watch to get some real laughs. He broke some barriers along the way, some people were very critical of him, but compared to what passes as comedy TV nowadays? Not even close.
I happen to like both J.J. and Ann, whatever their relationship.

@hckynut- hi John, it's great to see you! How are you feeling? I hope you and Cindy are doing well.
I also enjoyed Norman Lear's comedies. He sure did break the barrier on several of his shows. All in the Family was the first show that actually flushed a toilet lol
It's so nice to see you posting!

I would tend to agree with your opinion regarding Coulter
I'll give her one thing. She knows how to market herself. The more outrageous and bizarre her opinions, the more her target audience eats it up.

Hmm...as do many in the political forum on BOTH sides.

this may seem to be a very odd combo and may very well be. it doesn't matter one way or the other, to me , but how nice if they could have both romance & politics in one relationship. refreshing!

Just listened to a radio program with Ann, she said she loves him as a good friend...but no romance...came from her own mouth.

ALL authors push their books. They want the attention.

Yes they push books...doesn't mean they go off acting a foolto get attention to sell the book. She goes on shows to sell her books as well as other media...as any writer would do.

Every time I see Ms Coulter on television it appears that she has something stuck in her throat and sometimes she sound like it. I wonder if she has a thyroid issue (I'm serious).

Does anyone remember that Ann Coulter was friends with John Kennedy Jr.?
She wrote pieces for his magazine, "George."
I remember after he died, she was interviewed and said that when she was in the George offices, sometimes people would walk in and mistake her for Carolyn Bessette.
