question on 30 day return policy.

Most of the hosts and vendors hark the fact that you can use the product(s) for a full 30 days - and- return them for a full refund if in 30 days you are not happy with whatever you bought. If you use a product for a full 30 days- and returned it which can take up to 10 days from the west coast..... do they figure that in so that you truely CAN use the product for 30 days AND THEN send it back???
