Hi all ... as some of you may remember, I adopted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel last summer. She is 4 and was a rescue from a puppy mill. It's been a struggle getting her healthy - both physically and emotionally, but she's doing beautifully. Those of you who are familiar with them, the slippers (hair) on the tops of her feet is pretty long. It looks pretty, but I'm wondering if I should trim it. I know I'm to shave the fur from between her foot pads with a special electric razor, but I don't know about the tops.
I know breeders say they're not to be clipped, but I'm wondering. She looks adorable, but if that hair keeps growing it will wind up being 10" long!
Any input would be great .... many thanks ....
