~ question about Halo ~

I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and for the first year I gave her the Halo liquid on her food once a day. Her fur was very shiney. I've run out of the Halo and am now on a very restricted budget, and I was wondering what other oil I might use. I stick a hole in a Fish Oil Capsule for my cats once a day, and I've been using the Flakseed Oil Capsules, also sticking it and drizzled on, for my dog.

Is there a better type of oil to use for my dog that I can open and drizzle on?
