I just now changed my EZ pays to my Mastercard and will pay off the Feb-March balance in February. My MC is giving out triple points during the month of Feb. on ALL purchases!
Also put my spring break vacation on my MC and will get $47.00 worth of Loft/AnnTaylor gift cards from this charge.

Its not the credit card company.They say its Q.They must have some type of new rules on their card.I pay my bill each month and pay more.I do not have any problems with other credit companies.I guess they just do not want my business.I have been with them from 1992.So I guess will give my business to those that care about their customers.

Why do you not just answer the question about what kind of problem you are having?
Perhaps if you did explain someone could help you. If you are as forthcoming with Q as you are here no wonder any problem cannot be resolved. A problem that is not identified cannot be fixed.

OP doesn't say what happened so I'm thinking even though she pays on time and more she could be going over her limit each month and possibly has way too many easy pays. That's the only thing I can think of from what she said. I have never had any problems with my card or QVC for that matter.

QVC is not the credit card company. The card is through Synchrony Bank. Have you tried to call them? If you would say what kind of problem you are having someone may be able to help.
I have never had a problem with any of our cards with the exception of when someone else was using them.

I got rid of mine. They did change banks awhile back. The previous bank and the Q did not seem to connect their information. I always pay on time. There was a crossed payment with a refund. I owed nothing but the credit card bank did not get the memo. I was reported after 30 days as late which was not the case. The Q helped me get it straight. After that--- new bank .... and I was fine with the change. No problems with my credit but it was a scary two or three weeks until it was sorted out. I kept the card.
Then a month or so ago, I had something in my wish list. I got it delivered so my order history said. I did not get the item, I did not even order the item. I was charged on my Q card which I rarely use. Needless to say, I closed the Q card reluctantly but I closed it just in case something was going wrong and I did not want to spend any more time trying to straighten out the problem.

I've used a Q Card for years and pay it in full each month . I tried paying online once and didn't like it. I like getting a paper statement to keep track of purchases. It details all items and easy pay orders. Online bank doesn't show this and can get confusing . I like keeping my Q purchases on a separate card and don't carry a balance. This works for me !

I do all my banking online... too many times in the past a bill didn't arrive on time even though it was mailed out 2 weeks earlier than needed.
I have confirmation of date and time and a reference number if necessary with my Q card and have no issues (so far).
I DO find their statement online a nightmare to read. It's not set up well and is not in "real time". Nordstrom and other creditors are. HUGE difference.

In reading between the lines, I think the OP may be wanting to put a high ticket item on her Qcard using easy pay, and is being denied by QVC for whatever reason. I see these kinds of issues over on the HSN forum.
