I have pondered that question myself...

It's a good way to get information on you when you sign up. You'll be bombarded with magazine subscription requests for the resstof your life.
And your chances of winning are . . . .

For years they've told me "they'll be in the neighborhood." I always leave the porch light on for them just in case...

A few years ago i thought i would fill out the first opportunity to win...and then the envelopes filled with offers began....you had to sort through all of it so you have the right stickers on each paper that is sent back..which took forever...and i did order some of their products...(they were nice and of good quality) no regrets with that...but the envelopes kept coming...and i finally said enough...seemed like the winning date kept being pushed further and further away....and i tired of receiving the endless mounds of offers...all the stuff that came after i threw in the recycle....took a long time before it all stopped and i vowed never to do that again...and you are right...i never did read or hear who won...if anyone...

@goldensrbest I had been wondering this for years until recently a 93 yo woman in my state won $5000 a week for life. So does a person that she designates to get it upon her death. Here's the link to the story.

My sister had a co worker that won 5,000 a week for life, they get together several times a year. She was raised poor. She is tight with her money. When they eat out she orders the least expensive thing on the menu, then she loads up on free napkins, sugar, ketchup pks. To take home And such. Uses coupons. The group all laugh about it.

Probably as much chance to win PCH as it is to win the Albertsons / Acme Monopoly game - extremely slim to none.

Years ago we had a house guest who would visit for a week every year at the same time.
When she arrived this one time, she said she was sorry but would have to leave a day early because someone with her initials was going to win the PCH contest. She had to be home, just in case.
