I don't think Issac would approve of

A275658.  This mess did NOT happen in shipping as the bag was fine.  When I opened it it was twisted and shoved in a clear bag.  I don't even know if it will steam out but

i don't like payiing $50.00 for a sweater looking like this.101_3649.JPG101_3650.JPG

Looks pretty bad. Any clothing from the Q is pretty wrinkled when I receive it. I usually rinse it in the machine and then either dry or hang to dry. That is the worse. What to do ? It is so expensive to return. Do you think that the Q would pay for shipping?

Just had another thought. Could be a return.

Do you have a hand steamer?

My daughter has a lot of his cardigans and uses a hand steamer on them.  It only takes a minute.

@Group 5 minus 1 Anything arriving at my door in that shape gets returned at Q's cost, not mine. Mark the return slip "deffective" and fill in "arrived wrinkled and not wearable". I refuse to wash or iron something I haven't worn yet.

@shopped out I'd be upset, too. I buy a lot of Isaac's clothing and it comes packaged in a pristine manner. It's weird how it is so wrinkled around the bottom and not the top. Does it "smell" as if it's been worn? Sorry to be so gross, but I always smell stuff that I find suspect. Smiley Sad

I'd return it.  30 years with QVC and I have never received something like that.  One of the reasons why I love QVC is that everything comes to me in pristine condition.

I agree!  A mass of wrinkes that might or might not come out is a defective product.

I agree with @chrystaltree. Everything I have gotten ,is wrapped in plastic, and has a tissue paper core. I would also send it back

Why not show your picture to one of the mods and ask them for advice?  You can page them on this thread

Re: I don't think Issac would approve of

Oh goodness this thread does take me back . . . I have been lucky that I have been pleased with the majority of the clothing I have purchased from QVC.  They have arrived in great condition and clearly I was the first recipient.  I have also received clothing that quite possibly was not the first stop for me but was more than fine.

Then I received a top that to this day makes me laugh out loud . . . this was probably 15+ years ago (back in the CitiKnits days) and all I can say is that to me someone had a very bad day, wadded up that return, flung it into a bag and shipped it to me . . . and QVC got it back in the same condition as I don't think there is a steamer/iron that could have helped that pitiful garment . . . Smiley Sad
