proposed new mail delivery

Any comments? Somene said people in Buffalo, NY will have to go out in the winter to get their mail in the snow. We've done it in MI for years. I do have concerns about the elderly. And I like the idea of cluster mailboxes. My friend lives in a senior community-has her own home, yard, etc, but mail is delivered in a box at the front of her home. All help each other out by picking up mail for the very old.
