wondering why some dont put a pic on the profile here?  a pic of anything just not to have a blank pic area.

Maybe some people don’t know how to upload a picture. Or for others, it’s just not something they wanted to do.

I don’t know how but could easily find out. Biggest reason is that it doesn’t at all interest me to have a picture there.

I just changed mine from my Granddaughter's newborn foot five years ago to both my grandchildren at sunrise last week on the beach.  I agree with @2blonde if I can do it anyone can do it.
