@gidgetgh

Thank you for the reminder - I appreciate it!  I knew it was July but it had slipped my mind.  I have to go out today so I will get another roll!  Lots of $$$$!  Woman Sad

Thanks for the heads up @gidgetgh  I'll look at the catalogue and see what moves me.  Even though I bought lots of Scooby Doo stamps when they were available years ago I'm still kicking myself that I didn't buy more.

I bought another booklet of the Winter Wonderland Animals and picked up 2 booklets of the Baby Wild Animals.  I'm happy.

I can't remember the last time I used a stamp (g)  Srsly, I can't and I still have several from whatever year the forever stamps came out.  Online bill pay, fax and email have replaced stamps.  I'm sure the PO is hurting for money.

@monicakm - fax and email have replaced stamps?

You never send a birthday or sympathy card?

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Maybe when I'm out, if I remember I will stop and buy a book.

I had already decided that I'm no longer sending monthly silly holiday cards to our younger great niece and nephew and this is the last year for birthday cards to that extended family, no more Christmas cards either.  Between the cards, stamps, the couple of dollars in each card it all adds up and never acknowledged.

78 cents is still a bargain to mail out a card, bill, letter, etc.  Not a big deal.   I send out many cards during the year.  Write thank you notes and even a letter on occasion.  I won't even notice the nickel price increase. To where my mail travels to, 78 cents is a bargain to get it there.

I very rarely use stamps, but I will get the Betty White stamps.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
