Such a pleasant surprise to hear from all of you. How nice to be remembered. So thoughtful of you.

I broke and dislocated my wrist.  Several procedures, so far.  Possibly more surgery.

I'll be back.

@Foxxee

I broke my ankle last fall, first broken bone, and of course knowing we're all different, just like to say I healed in 5 weeks.  I drink daily bone both, ironically discovered it on the Q, Lono-Life.  Smiley Happy

@rockygems123

Ir's only been 3 wks for the arm.  This is not only a break, the bone was dislocated to below the wrist.  Fingers not moving correctly at this point.

B4 that was doing other things.

Hope that explains the long absence.

@FoxxeeThat does sound like a bigger complication than just a break.  Good luck with the healing process all the best to you.
