overstock.com returns

Hi,

I ordered full/queen size bedding from overstock.com, for my queen bed. I read the return policy before ordering, so I thought I was well informed & in the clear.

Well, the bedding doesn't cover my bed fully-- the box spring is exposed all the way around.

I attempted to go through the return process, and the order is coming up as not returnable.

No where on the product info or on their not returnable list is bedding listed as not returnable. ( I never would have ordered this from them had it been stated it was not returnable). I have sent them an email. This was my 1st ( and maybe last ) order from them.

Anyone have any experiences w/ overstock regarding returns, cust. service, etc..
