What I'm thinking is she placed the order for the items, decided to cancel them, reconsidered and placed the order again.  Now instead of 2 items she will be getting 4.  Of course I could be wrong, but that's what I'm understanding from the OP.

qvc customers are upset that their items are not getting out fast enough. now that some ARE getting out quickly they are complaining they cannot cancel.

 

maybe one of the mods can help you in the customer care section of the forums?

Order with a check that way you have plenty of time to check reviews and change your mind. It won't ship until they receive your check that way you won't have to accept an order if you don't want it. I think that it's a safer way to order, it seems credit card orders can be shipped with in minutes sometimes.

I don't think that works, you must pay to ship it back.
