I was told not to return makeup and credit would be issued but on order it says order pick-up. What does that mean?

@luvsshopping  The question is who told you not to return make-up?  If it came from QVC then I would call them, but honestly, I don't understand why you shouldn't return it.

The only thing that I am aware that isn't returned, is food because it could spoil.

Depending on the cost of returning it, that would help determine on whether or not that I kept or returned it.

Makeup looked used. foundation was all over cap and tube. Probably tried and didn't like it. Box it came in had no soil on it so was shocked to see actual tube inside of box. With the virus so easily contracted why would anyone gamble on keeping it. I would never put this on my face.

Any make up returns should be destroyed by QVC.  It wouldn't be sanitary to resend them to another customer.
