USPS tracking says shipment delivered but it was not. usps  customer service rep states that order WAS delivered going by gps and the word of the driver, they will not help me and directed me to go go qvc for resolution. live chat has NOT RESPONDED TO 4 attempts at chatting. does anyone else have issues with non delivery

Generally, if you post in the "Customer Care" forum, one of the moderators will see it and respond.

 

However, the easiest way is to email them.  That's what you were being advised to do.  Email address:

 

QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

 

Just send an email with the order or item number and they can look into it for you.  (Don't put any personal information in a post on these forums.)

 

And, yes, once quite a long time ago, I had an order that said it was delivered, but it certainly wasn't to me.  I was lucky - whoever got it, put it in my own mailbox late that night.

 

Another time I had a food item that said delivered.  Again - not to me and all the tracking info said was "driver release".  Turned out it had been left at the local post office and was delivered a day or so later in unedible condition.  QVC mods dealt with that for me very quickly.

I had it happen just last week - got a notification that my package was delivered, said it was on Order status tracking, but no package.  I was turning around to go back in the house after looking around for it by the garage, mailbox, house, back door, etc., when a mail vehicle roared up and there was my package. 

 

The driver said it was set for the next day delivery and someone at the post office scanned it in by mistake and so she came back with those deliveries that day to get them out.  Nice.

 

It's probably some glitch like that and might turn up the next day.  Or at a neighbor's, that's happened too.

Call customer service at 1-800-367-9444.  Press #0 for customer service.  I always call & they help.  I never email or do the online chat.

That is not a link.  You won't find it anywhere on QVC.com

 

It is an email address for the primo cust. service reps.

 

email using that address giving your order info.

 

 

However, it has happened to me as well...just like the other poster...it showed up the next day.  Probably a delivery glitch.
