"Grandpa" - you have to have a thick skin around these parts. There's no discrimination here, we all get told off when we start threads on a topic and state an opinion. Some make it their mission just to disagree. You get used to it. Don't let it scare you off. Please start more threads and discuss things with us. We aren't all grumpy and ready to accuse you of being un-American.

Doubt you are the only one, but I would say the same to anyone else that starts a thread like this just to get response. Start a thread for attention and then never respond to any of the replies, right?
Your handle says it all gramps! Would think someone that goes with a handle that gives the impression they are old? Guess not old enough to know how lucky you are to live in a country such as ours. If a person chooses there are plenty of outlets one can listen/watch/surf that have nothing about the Olympics.
Ever thought of avoiding these outlets and are causing you to be so ill?
