To the readers that thought I was shouting, I was not shouting.  I was merely stating that I did not receive the orders for the cosmetic cases.  QVC was well aware that both items were sent out to me, but like I said I did not receive the orders.  They did not credit both items that I did not receive.    Everytime I reach out to qvc, customer care reps offer different stories, and most recently as of today, Dec. 6, the rep said both items have been credited.  I will give this amount time to make sure this was done.  I guess if one types a message in all caps, viewers think it is shouting.  How ridiculous.  For some of us that are very elderly, this is much easier.

First ... Welcome!   Woman Happy

Second ... Yes, typing in all caps is shouting.  While dialogue can be rather casual, there are still some guidelines you should be aware of.

When time permits, google "message board etiquette" and familiarize yourself with the basics.

Have a good day!  Cat Happy

I worked a couple years in Public Relations for a major insurance company.    The first three words of  each paragraph of a news release were typed in ALL CAPS.

The reason was "to make a point".    (I have a lot of old habits)

I agree that all caps is easier to read!!!

I use it to label my computer work files for this reason.  Easier to see.

I admit to using it sometimes for emphasis.

Since it is considered shouting to the online world, it would be more helpful for our eyes to use a larger font then and paragraphs.
