did anyone receive any information about QVC EASY RETURNS?
just wondering how it is working out for customers if they have used it?
i dont return a lot, but it would be nice to get refunds faster. my last one took about five weeks.

This is total insanity.
We should not have to jump through hoops to have our returns processed properly.
I am not taking pictures or sending info on my phone.
They need to get their act together.
I have never dealt with such incompetence.

you do not have to send the information on your phone. you dont even have to take a photo if you dont want to or cannot. you can send it via email to the email address mentioned. i honestly do not blame it all on qvc because the usps service in our area has been HORRIBLE the last few months.

Cost cutting measure? They get the customer to digitize the return form for them. Very cute.

Oh yes. I got that quite a while ago. I haven't used it, though.
I also got information about a new "priority" phone number for QCard holders. Haven't used that yet, either.

I received this awhile ago. I used it for four items, one pricey. It worked like a charm. Fast, accurate, peace of mind.

I have been among the very first to throw daggers at QVC when I think they're in the wrong, but I don't see an issue with this. Use it if you want. Don't use it if you don't want to. It's a choice being offered and, to me, choices are usually nice to have. It seems they're trying to address shipping and return issues and while this might not be everybody's idea of a viable solution, once again, it is a choice. You can take it or leave it. Credit where it's due for at least making an effort.
