need input with ....Kansas City, MO....

DD will be taking a vacation there in the first part of May, to do some reaeasrch r/t relocation there.

Is "city center" a safe place to live? Could you recommend some safer neighborhoods/areas that she might be able to check out for living.

She would like to live in the city area, she will be 27, so a younger group/area.

Maybe recommend a leasing/rental company for her to get in touch with.

Is Kansaa City a bigger city like Chicago, but a lower cost of living?

Anything else you could tell me about the city.
