need easily changed clip for ID/license/etc

I have tried so many different ones, and they always have NOT held my id tags etc onto the collar. My little Diva (or ME) likes to change collars etc yet I want all her ID and license etc on her collar. I've tried soooo many, and they all fall off (in the yard thank goodness) and just wondered if you have any ideas or suggestions. I just today put one on (it's a bit large for a 20# dog),,,but it seems it will be sturdy. we'll see. meanwhile, any suggestions?? I've tried the caribiner (?) etc. never held well at all. one I'm testing now is the plain old basic gate clip type (but a bit large for her). appreciate any help
