need advice for an upcoming wedding

Hi, our daughter surprised us with her engagment. We secured a lovely venue for late summer. Both my daughter and her fiance want to keep the costs down as much as possible so that we can help them buy a house. Does anyone have suggestions for tasteful centerpieces for the tables at the reception? The wedding is at the reception hall and outside so it is landscaped and we don't have to worry about church flowers. I think we will have about 12-14 tables. Any other suggestions for weddings on a budget would also be appreciated.
