~ my kitty's nose

Hi all .... in addition to my Miss Molly, I have 2 cats, a white Turkish Van (mischievous one) and a red Abbysinnian. Well, now and then the white one - Daisy, gets it into her to chase Amber - the red one, around the house which Amber does not appreciate. It usually results in a lot of noise. Well, apparently last week she was up to her old tricks and Amber either gouged her with a nail or bit her, right on the upper part of her nose on the right. I've been watching it carefully so I didn't miss anything. Well, it's been a week now - there's no swelling (that I can tell), but it still looks exactly the same. I'm thinking of taking her to the Vet. for him to take a look. What do you all think? Am I being too cautious?
