SunSprite, I swear I could've written your post as I totally share your feelings. I too have been having vivid and bizarre dreams throughout this whole deal. I should say when I do fall asleep as haven't been sleeping that well lately.  The part I really relate to is losing patience. I've been easily frustrated as well and find myself blowing up over the littlest things.

I'd say anybody who isn't fully fed up with trying to live as we're currently expected to be living and who isn't experiencing some 'symptoms' of stress is probably the one with issues... I know that since the inception of this situation, my sleep patterns are completely whacked... I'm then always weary and my activity of choice during the day is to lie in bed and read... For what I'm sure are a variety of reasons, I do find I'm very short tempered and quick to anger, so it's probably a good thing I'm on my own right now... I think any meaningful words of encouragement about a light at the end of the tunnel would be more than welcome... More prophecies of doom, gloom and extending this social isolation aren't welcome at this point...

I  have always had dreams about work. I sleep with TV on and wonder why I can't pull up somebody's records during the night (on the TV. I'm an insurance csr)

I always work from home so that's not an issue. I usually enjoy shopping. Now. I do without, have it delivered or DH will pick up a few things. My backyard is where I get my sunshine (if it ever happens)

I have always opened the windows, letting the air blow through. even in the coldest Illinois days. I have a couple of hepa air purifiers running in the house also.

DH works in a hospital (it has 2 locations) So get the grim stats on a daily basis.

I do have to "fake" caring about stuff to others. LOL

I think a lot of us are feeling more anxiety now than we even realize and some of this is being manifested in dreams.  Many of which are rather upsetting, confusing and not all that pleasant.

I've always had a lot of dreams, even nightmares, and find now, that I have quite a few that are very strange and some wake me up feeling at odds and even more tired than when I went to bed!

I feel a lot of them are due to a lack of control to what is happening to us and all around us.

Our whole way of life has been turned upside down and we have no idea when and if life will ever return to the way it was before.  So, I would say ---- no wonder many of us feel rather unsettled or uneasy.

I think a lot of what's going on, is because we aren't behaving normally (or the way it was).   Try and hang in there a little longer.  Pace, we can pace ourselves. Try to be patient with yourself, it'll be here soon.  I just feel it. Good luck.

I've had crazy dreams my whole life.   I sleep crazy too, wake up totally wrapped up in my blankets.  My poor hubby hardly moves at all when he's asleep, I don't know how he does it!!    I never really tried to get meaning of my dreams, actually never really bothered me until I read this post...........yikes!   But in all seriousness, we are in a difficult situation and as others stated, a good walk in the sunshine does a lot for the soul.   Hope your dreams are all happy from here on out Smiley Happy
