moving again

My husband has been living in an apartment in Anchorage but now we are looking at condos. I am trying to sell the house here. Hopefully Michigan has recovered and a family will want this place. But I have been going through every room. So much detritus!! I have been running to charity donations, prepping for yard sale and doing it alone. Can't help feeling I'm doing the hard part.
