The FDA has found that some Kind bars fail to meet the standards to be considered healthy, including fat %.

Yes, it's a well known fact that the FDA had once excluded Kind from using the word "healthy" on their label because they exceed more than one gram of saturated fat but that's old news. The FDA has once again given Kind the okay to use the healthy label now that they've realized the fat is coming from a healthy source--nuts, seeds, etc.

Can't say I particularly care though, I eat them because I like eating bars with delicious fruits, seeds, and nuts. I've even been known to accompany one with a nice cold Sam Adams but lets keep that between us. I'd sure hate to know what the FDA would say about that. Smiley Wink

I purchased one bar from my grocery store to see if I'd like it and it was pretty good but I could easily see myself eating too many.  I bought the dark choc and was surprised to see a few different types in dark chocolate. I chose the Dark Choc Cherry Cashew.

Really do not care for the Honey & Oat type at all.  Too hard and like eating something the carpenter left, with honey added.  My husband eats them, however.

I love and will only eat the nut ones with cranberries in them.  All of the other bar ones have so much chocolate/caramel/whatever, that I consider them to be candy bars.  However, I could get seriously addicted to the ones with cranberries.  LOL!
