Toilet paper

I stack up on the Charmen mega 36 rolls I get from BJ's.  It's just me in the house but I have a morbid fear of running out of toilet paper when I really need it.

The only thing in my bathroom closed is toilet paper stacked from floor to ceiling. peep.gif

@Mz iMac It's only me in my house and I'm panicking because I only have 10 rolls, My mother stocked toilet paper as well because she had four girls and she would be giving me the side eye at having so little. Woman LOL

T shirts. I have a zillion and I catch myself still looking to buy more. I don't get the fascination - why do I want so many? I do wear a t shirt almost every day. When I was working I wore them under my scrub tops to keep warm as they air condition ICU to a ridiculous temperature, and then my personal life is casual so I wore them a lot - now I'm retired I still wear one every day because I still have my casual personal life. My bedroom dresser has 9 drawers and 3 of them are full of t shirts.

Handbags.   I wouldn't even consider thinning them out ever.  Lol

I seem to have an obsession with little cosmetic bags/pouches.   I don't know why I'm drawn to looking at them and then eventually buying them.

I'm drawn to throw pillows and shower curtains for some odd reason..... but I do exert some self-control.  lol

Bras and panties, towel sets, address labels (people keep sending them!), Greeting cards - Don't know where most of them came from.  They seem to multiply!  Don't think I'll ever have to buy any ever again !!!

Ok, here's one out of left field . . . I have waaaaaay to much frozen protein in my freezer to the point that I have completely banned myself from buying any until I unlodge that frozen tundra of a freezer of mine . . . it's mind boggling what I have hoarded but I am making progress.

And to my toilet paper hoarding sisters . . . I am with you.  If I drop below nine rolls I break out into a cold sweat . . . Smiley Happy

...vera bradley bags (they're like art to me), life is good tshirts (trying to see the glass half full), space-dyed shirts and jackets, comfortable sandals, sneakers and boots, and gym clothes (my attendance doesn't justify this).

Just for fun. What do you have "way too many" of?  I'll go first-LOL.

For me, it's throws, nightgowns/nightshirts and socks. WAY too many of each. I'm going to thin the herd today on the nightgowns and socks, but the throws will stay.

Anyone else?

@Caligurll I don't think one can ever have too many pairs of shoes! I think I know why women love shoes so much, no matter if you gain or lose weight your shoe size seems to stay the same.I know I have way too many lip products (glosses, balms, liners, and lipsticks).

Re: just for fun- "I have way too many...."

Dooney bags! I still have the first one which I bought for $240 in about 1980 or 1981.  I didn't even know that QVC sold him until I discovered QVC when I took early retirement about 10 years ago. That first bag is a still-cool crossbody that's been all over the world with me. I have been making myself sell some bags to make room this year, but I bought some, too. Bad girl! I have pared down to about 35 now -- aren't you all proud of me? -- and pulled out two more to sell soon. I have  a grid of open cubes to carefully hold bags, but it only holds 26. I wonder if I will ever get the collection to fit? Just bought another Dooney Barlow bag this week. Sigh....
