item a lot lower now

My friend just got a pretty omega necklace yesterday from QVC wisth the diamond cut beads on it. Today it is a lot less so does she have to return it and order another one to get the lower price?  Or if she calls QVC will they just go ahead and refudn her the difference?

SHE needs to call for a refund in the difference

Call customer service and tell them you will send it back if they don't give you the lower price. I have a feeling they will credit your account for the difference, this has happened to me before too with jewelry.

Either call Customer Service or use Live Chat and ask for a price adjustment.

QVC honors price reductions within a certain time frame so your friend will have no problem.

I had a similar issue and the Q simply credited my credit card.

You have 30 days from the day it was purchased.

i have always gotten 30 days from the date of when i received the item.
