is it ever all done at the same time?

I am overwhelmed by dishes, laundry, vacuum, dirty windows, garden overgrown, car filthy, need dentist, doctor appts, groceries, chores to do etc. I am exhausted, but it's never done

to those of you who have it all together at once, how do you do it?
