@rms1954 @Yahooey @Laura14 ,  My issue was resolved, after many calls, and the kitty had to show her claws ( which she hates to do ).  I wish companies would tell the truth to begin with, but that is the way of the world sometimes. I can now breathe and my stomach can unclench. 😻

That picture reminds me of what my cat used to do to one of my Yorkies.  My cat was bigger than my dog and she used to hide and wait for my little dog to come around the corner and grab her and pull her over just like the cat in that picture.  

My dog used to fuss and growl but then she would immediately jump up and wag her stubby little tail.   I think she actually liked playing with the cat.

I had a Siamese that did it to me, she loved to hide around corners and hop out to surprise me. I swear she was laughing.
