My heart breaks for that poor kitty. But I'm glad she not only has a friend but is somewhere where she's being cared for.
I'd love to get my hands on whoever abandoned them.
They are named after the two lead characters in Fried Green Tomatoes. One of my favorite movies. 
This breaks my heart and warms it at the same time. What a sweet pair. So glad they have each other.
