I'm a big qvc shopper and I watch the show everyday and all day long, but when I'm not interested in the program on air, I switch to hsn especially when they they're showing jewelry. but my big complaint about the hosts is that they can talk about the jewelry piece to death, like how gorgeous it is, but they HARDLY ever give measurements! that irks me big time! I can't see the piece in person! tell me the measurements!

I agree with straykatz. Post it on their jewelry forum (HSN reps usually respond).

On the other hand, their graphics are great! You ALWAYS know what item they're selling, the price, shipping...the facts.

I can't count the times I've done a "Q check" and know the colors and sizes and maybe the price...but I don't know WHAT they're selling. Yes, I can see it's some kind of top...but what line, made of????

All those details are fine (size, color, etc.), but leave up the NAME of the item. There's enough room. Or there always was in the past.
