housing market

MSN is saying the housing market is as low as it will go - apparently many buyers are believing this as they are currently building 10 homes in my small plan here in Florida and they are also building everywhere around our area. Since new house sales and new car sales are leading indicators of the economy this looks great. The big 3 American auto cos. are also doing very well. GM claims that someone , somewhere in the world buys a new GM car/truck every 12 sec. around the clock - that is a lot of cars/trucks being sold.
